SNACKS & TREATS
BATH & BODY
Hey everyone! I know a lot of people are bummed out by the fact that Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is STILL not vegan, so today I am sharing 8 unique vegan pumpkin spice treats to take your mind off things a little. The holiday season is just around the corner so be sure to take advantage of all the fall themed treats while you still can!
So Halloween is only 3 days away and I know a lot of new vegans may be tempted by the fun sized chocolate bars, but I wanted to let you guys know that there are still TONS of different candies and treats you can eat! Most people don't go through the trouble of scanning a Halloween candy bar wrapper before ripping it open and popping the whole thing in their mouth, but I assure you it's really not that hard. Just look for Gelatin (made from animal bones and tendons), Milk or Milk Ingredients, Carmine (made from beetles), Lard and Refined Cane Sugar (can be processed with charred bone fragments). Below I have listed some of the most popular vegan candy options that you can get almost anywhere!
As usual, feel free to comment below if you have any questions or comments, I love hearing from you guys and I hope you all have a safe and happy Halloween!
I'm really fair so obviously, this is my #1 beach must-have. I use Sun Bum SPF 30 Original Lotion because it is enriched with Vitamin E to prevent premature skin aging and simply, it smells delicious!
Hurraw! Balm is my go-to for keeping my lips hydrated and protected, and nothing says beach like the sweet smell and taste of Coconut!
Because no one wants to smell like BO when tanning, Pacifica makes these awesome deodorant wipes that are super to easy use and keep you smelling fresh the entire day. They come in 3 different scents; Coconut Milk & Sugared Flowers, Coconut Milk & Kale Extract and Coconut Milk & Essential Oils.
Bright Nail Polish
Okay, most people tend to put nail polish on before going to the beach but I'm not so big on tanning so I like to do my nails while my friends are laying in the sun. Bright colors are a must!
Tarte 'not so slick oil-absorbing blotting papers' absorb all that sweat and oil that build up on your face and clog pores. These definitely come in handy!
As you guys probably know, I'm really big on coconut chips! My favourite are Smokin' Sriracha flavored by Hungry Buddha (you can read my review of them by clicking here!) The bag is around the size of a small bag of chips, so you also don't have to worry about them taking up too much space in your bag.
I am one of those people who carries a book around wherever they go, so the beach is no exception! I usually read really serious books but my mom would argue that the beach is no place for a heavy novel. With that being said, I am recommending Along For The Ride by Sarah Dessen (aka the queen of beach reads).
That's it for this post, hope you guys liked it! Comment below any of your beach bag musts!
