When I first went vegan I spent a lot of time on the internet browsing different recipes. I had no idea what I would eat every day but I quickly discovered smoothie bowls. You've probably seen them around Insta and such - the colorful, fruity, summery-looking bowls of goodness. They quickly became something I eat everyday as they are versatile, healthy, fun to make, and just plain delicious! Below I have compiled the basic smoothie bowl formula with some ingredient ideas to help get you going!

Toppings! (a.k.a the best part)
This is where you can really get creative! You can use cinnamon, cocoa powder, coconut chips, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, dark chocolate - anything you want. You can sprinkle them on or create designs, it's up to you. Have fun with it!
